FAQ

Q1. How do I cancel the cloud storage subscription?
Cloud subscriptions are purchased in the app. Manage or cancel the subscription on the cloud storage / subscription page inside the app. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, cancel it in the subscription management section of the App Store or Google Play. Cancelling cloud storage does not affect local SD card recording or NVR recording.

Q2. The camera is offline / cannot connect.
Check the power supply and the network cable or WiFi connection, restart the camera and the router, make sure the app is the latest version, and try pairing again closer to the router. For PoE models, also check the PoE power supply and the NVR channel status.

Q3. Playback is missing / SD card issues.
Make sure the SD card has been formatted and its capacity is within the supported range, recording schedules and motion detection recording are turned on, and the correct playback date is selected. For NVR models, also check the hard drive status.

Q4. I forgot my account password.
Use Forgot Password on the app login page to reset your password by email. Do not try repeatedly, to avoid locking the account.

Q5. Why was I charged for cloud service?
Cloud service is an optional subscription and renews automatically for each billing period. If you do not need it, you can cancel it in the app. For a billing dispute, please email the support email address with a screenshot of the order.

Q6. Warranty.
Tinosec products come with a 24-month warranty. Please contact the support email address with your proof of purchase.
