Why i can not get motion detection notifications when i open human detect?

The significance of Human Detect is that it will alarm or record when a person is detected. Such a setting can reduce false alarm rate. When other objects like cars are detected to move, then no alarm will be given.
If you want to get notifications or record video when it detects moving of your car, then you can untick Human Detect.
