Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We located in shenzhen city in china, we also have ru ,us and eu warehouse.

If your address has shipipng service from overseas warehouse, and the product you purchased also have stock ,then we will send from eu/us/ru warehouse, or we will send from china warehouse.

Q:Is it free shipping?

A:Normally we provide free shipping like post mail to most of country(parcel do not more than 2kg) We will also charged extra shipping fee for some country, you can check in your cart.By the way, we also provide fast shipping like fedex, ups and dhl, you can chose the shipping service you want.

Q:Should i pay tax for my parcel?

A: We do not cover tax for all orders. Normally we will try to put a low value to help you to pay less tax, but it has risk. Please kindly contact us especially you chose fast shipping or order amount too big.

For parcel come from china: we do not cover tax, if you come from eu , please provide us your tax number so that we can export parcel.

For parcel come from eu/us/ru warehouse, it do not need to pay tax if you purchase on the website， but please make sure your address has service and the product have stock

Q:What is remote fee? Why i receive email to pay remote fee?

A:It only happened when your city and post code belong to remote area in china dhl,fedex or ups system, this fee is charged by shipping company, not us seller.Normally the remote fee is $30-$60, it depend on the parcel weight!

Q:How long for the shipping times?

A:Shipment preparation time: 5 days

Estimated delivery: 3 - 15 working days ( Fast delivery like fedex, ups and dhl)Estimated delivery: 10 - 60 working days (Free shipping like post air parcel)

Q:Why i can not see tracking message update?

A:Due to the end of the year, there have many sale cause shipping delay. Many shipping company are waiting for space to ship out, so it will be a little delay to update tracking message. Normally it will udpate tracking message in 3-5 days!Hope you can kindly wait more few days!
